COMING SOON

Not your
personal coach.

OnlyReps counts every rep automatically, from the motion of your wrist. You never tap a number in — that's the whole app, and it's where all the work went.

You lift. It keeps the number.

HOW A SET GOES

  1. 01

    Start it on your wrist.

One tap on the watch. Nothing to set up, nothing to name, no program to pick first.

  2. 02

    Then just lift.

The detector reads each rep as it happens — no tapping, no counting out loud, no hand off the bar. Haptics carry the pace; the screen is the fallback.

  3. 03

    It's counted.

Racked the bar and it read eight when it was nine? Fix it after. Never during.

WHAT THE DETECTOR IS DOING

A rep is a shape. The algorithm knows the shape.

Motion off the wrist is sampled continuously and segmented in real time — not counted afterwards from a recording. Each rep is recognised while you're still in it, which is what makes live feedback possible at all.

WRIST MOTION, SEGMENTED LIVE
  • counted rep
  • tempo drift
Rep 1 Rep 7 ran slow — one haptic, mid-rep Rep 8, in progress

Works unnamed

It counts any movement out of the box — you never have to tell it what you're doing. Name the exercise if you want, and it tunes itself to that movement.

Live, not after the fact

The count and the phase — down, up, hold — update inside the rep, so a haptic can land while you can still act on it.

It learns from corrections

When the number is off and you fix it after the set, that's ground truth — the only manual input the app ever asks for.

What it will never do

The list below isn't a roadmap of things not built yet. It's the product.

  • No paywall
  • No typing in reps
  • No plan
  • No streaks
  • No badges
  • No feed
  • No ads
  • No notifications at 7am
  • No opinion on your form
THE WATCH DOES THE COUNTING

Every number you see comes off your wrist.

Reps, tempo and pulse are sensed on the watch. The phone is a bigger screen for the same set — leave it in the bag and you lose nothing.

It writes to Apple Health if you let it, and nowhere else. There's no server to send it to.

Coming soon to iPhone
and Apple Watch.

Expected December 2026

Free when it lands.

iPhone and Apple Watch are just where it's furthest along. Android and other watches are being worked on — the detector was never built for one platform.
